Founded in 2016, Crestpoint Management began with a simple frustration: property management had become impersonal, opaque and slow. Landlords were left in the dark and tenants felt like an afterthought.
We set out to build something better — a company that pairs the warmth and attentiveness of a boutique agency with the systems, compliance and reach of a modern lettings business. Today we look after more than 1,200 homes across the UK, and we still answer the phone ourselves.
